1. Introduction
Welcome to Train Voyage, accessible at trainvoyage.top. These Terms of Service govern your use of our workplace training programs and guided learning tracks, information products, and physical goods. By enrolling in or purchasing any offering, you agree to these Terms.
2. Offerings
2.1 Workplace Training Programs and Guided Learning Tracks
These include instructor-led workshops, on-site seminars, virtual classes, and structured development plans delivered by our trainers. These are categorized as services.
2.2 Information Products
These comprise digital resources such as e-books, video tutorials, recorded sessions, and online modules delivered electronically.
2.3 Physical Goods
These refer to printed manuals, training kits, workbooks, and branded merchandise shipped to you.
3. Enrollment and Delivery
To enroll or place an order, submit your request via our contact form. We will confirm availability, delivery timeline, and payment instructions. For scheduled programs, confirmation will include the session date and relevant details.
4. Fees and Payment
All fees are due in full before delivery or program commencement. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and local payment options. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking or order.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
We strive for your satisfaction. The following provisions apply based on the type of offering:
5.1 Services (Training Programs)
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the program start date are eligible for a full credit applicable to any future session within twelve months. This credit may be transferred to another participant.
Cancellations fewer than 14 days before the program start date are not eligible for credit or refund due to commitments made to instructors, venues, and materials.
5.2 Information Products
If no portion of the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, you may request a full refund within seven days of purchase. Once any content is accessed or downloaded, no refund or credit will be issued.
5.3 Physical Goods
If a shipped item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within seven days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. To return goods, they must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within thirty days of delivery.
5.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For credit card or bank transfers, allow five to ten business days. For local payment methods, allow up to fifteen business days. A confirmation message will be sent once the refund is complete.
5.5 Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule services must be made at least seven days before the original start date. One free rescheduling is permitted per enrollment. Later requests may incur a fee or may be declined based on resource availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Train Voyage and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our offerings. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service, product, or item.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait City.
